This Refund and Cancellation Policy applies to all subscriptions purchased on NiftyDesk ("Platform"), a product of Meridian Intelligence Pvt. Ltd., accessible at niftydesk.app. Please read this policy carefully before purchasing a subscription. By completing a subscription purchase, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to this policy.
2. Free Trial
NiftyDesk offers a 7-day free trial to all new users. The free trial provides access to Platform features and does not require a credit card, debit card, or any payment information to activate. The free trial is provided so that you can evaluate the Platform and determine whether it meets your needs before making any financial commitment.
Your free trial will expire automatically after 7 days. No charges will be applied unless you actively choose to subscribe to a paid plan.
3. No Refund Policy
All payments are final and non-refundable.
Once a subscription payment has been processed, it is non-refundable under any circumstances. Since we provide a 7-day free trial with no payment required, you have ample opportunity to evaluate the Platform before committing to a paid subscription.
No refunds will be issued for any of the following reasons, including but not limited to:
- Dissatisfaction with the Platform, its features, or the quality of analytics.
- Partial use of the subscription period or failure to use the Platform during the billing cycle.
- Failure to cancel the subscription before the renewal date.
- Trading or investment losses incurred while using or relying on the Platform.
- Technical issues, outages, or service interruptions.
- Changes to Platform features, data sources, or analytical models.
- Change of mind, personal circumstances, or any subjective reason.
- Duplicate or accidental purchases.
4. Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings on the Platform or by contacting us at [email protected]. Upon cancellation:
- Your access to the Platform will continue until the end of the current billing period for which you have already paid.
- No future charges will be applied after cancellation takes effect.
- No partial or prorated refunds will be issued for the remaining days in the current billing period.
- Your account data will be retained for a reasonable period in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
5. Subscription Renewal
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each monthly billing cycle unless you cancel before the renewal date. It is your responsibility to cancel your subscription before the renewal date if you do not wish to be charged for the next billing cycle. We will send a reminder notification before each renewal.
6. Price Changes
We reserve the right to change the subscription price at any time. We will provide existing subscribers with at least 15 days' notice before any price change takes effect. If you do not agree with the new pricing, you may cancel your subscription before the price change applies. Continuing to use the Platform after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
7. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or payment provider, your access to the Platform will be immediately suspended pending resolution of the dispute. We reserve the right to permanently terminate accounts that initiate chargebacks. 8. Exceptional Circumstances
In rare and exceptional cases, NiftyDesk may, at its sole and absolute discretion, consider requests for credits or adjustments. Any such decision is entirely at our discretion and does not create a precedent or obligation for future requests.
