How to install
Tap the downloaded file
Open it from your notification shade, or from Downloads in your file manager.
Allow installs from your browser
Android asks for permission the first time. Tap “Settings”, turn on “Allow from this source”, then go back.
Choose “Install anyway”
Android warns about apps that did not come from the Play Store. The warning appears for every install — see the note below.
Open NiftyDesk and sign in
Use the same email and password as the website. Your plan, passes and credits are already on your account.
Android will warn you — this is expected.
NiftyDesk is not on the Play Store yet, so Android flags every install from a browser and may say the developer is unknown. Choose “Install anyway” to continue. We are completing Google's business verification; once approved, this warning goes away. Until then, this page is the only official source — we will never send you an APK by email or WhatsApp.
Verify your download

Updates
You will not need to download the app again for regular updates. New features and fixes reach the app automatically, the same moment they go live on the website. You would only reinstall if we change the app itself, which is rare.
