- Messages and queries you send through AI-powered features (e.g., Aanya chat, chart analysis).
- Relevant market context data needed to generate accurate responses (e.g., current market levels, option chain data).
- Your messages are not used to train AI models and are not retained by the AI service providers beyond the processing session.
4.2 Cross-Border Data Transfer
The third-party AI service providers that process your messages may operate servers located outside India. By consenting to AI processing, you acknowledge that your messages may be transferred to and processed on servers located in other jurisdictions for the sole purpose of generating AI responses.
4.3 Your Control
- AI processing requires your explicit consent, which you grant during account setup.
- You can withdraw AI processing consent at any time via Settings → Privacy & Data.
- Withdrawing consent will disable AI-powered features (Aanya, market analysis, chart interpretation) but will not affect other Platform functionality.
- You can re-enable AI processing at any time by granting consent again.
