Grievance Officer

1. Introduction

In accordance with the Information Technology Act, 2000, the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021, and other applicable Indian laws, NiftyDesk has appointed a Grievance Officer to address your concerns, complaints, and grievances regarding the Platform and its services.

3. Types of Grievances

You may file a grievance with the Grievance Officer for any of the following matters:

  • Violations of your privacy or data protection rights.
  • Unauthorized use of your personal information.
  • Concerns about content on the Platform that you believe violates applicable laws.
  • Issues related to your account, access, or subscription that remain unresolved after contacting general support.
  • Any other grievance related to the Platform and its services.

4. How to File a Grievance

To file a grievance, please send an email to [email protected] with the subject line "Grievance" and include the following information:

  • Your full name and registered email address.
  • A detailed description of the grievance or complaint.
  • Any relevant supporting documents, screenshots, or evidence.
  • The relief or resolution you are seeking.
  • Your contact information for follow-up.

5. Grievance Resolution Process

Upon receiving your grievance, we will follow this process:

Acknowledgement

We will acknowledge receipt of your grievance within 24 hours of receiving it.

Review and Investigation

The Grievance Officer will review your complaint, investigate the matter, and may contact you for additional information if needed.

Resolution

We will endeavor to resolve the grievance within 15 days from the date of receipt, as required by applicable law. If additional time is needed, we will inform you of the expected timeline.

Communication

You will receive a written response detailing the outcome of the investigation and the actions taken to address your grievance.

  • NiftyDesk is not registered with SEBI as an investment adviser, research analyst, or in any other capacity. The Grievance Officer cannot address complaints related to investment advice, trading recommendations, or trading losses, as NiftyDesk does not provide such services.
  • The Platform provides market intelligence for informational use only. No profit guarantee is made or implied.
  • All subscription payments are non-refundable as per our Refund and Cancellation Policy. Grievances seeking refunds will be reviewed but are subject to the same policy.

7. Escalation

If you are not satisfied with the resolution provided by the Grievance Officer, you may seek further recourse through the appropriate legal channels and forums as provided under Indian law, including the Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission or the courts of competent jurisdiction in New Delhi, India.
